Our River Rafts are hand crafted and built tough with quadruple reinforced seams. We make the main tubes with 1000 denier 0.9 mm thick, high quality fabric. They can also be made with 2000 denier 1.2 mm thick special fabric. The bottoms are made from heavy – duty 1.8 mm thick material using the double strength, full Panama method. In addition, the heavy – duty D – rings, full length side rub strakes, handles, and our own valves and glue bring special value to our River Rafts. Many years of experience and field testing enable us to manufacture these swift, stable designs with all of the above features.

Our River Rafts have maximal space inside the boat and is fitted for comfortable usage of river guides and users, the unique design of our gradual bow and stern rise, along with a slightly raised floor for improved tracking. We are well known for their easy handling and maneuverability.

SHUTTLE-BIKE kit ® is made of a set of “fixed” clamps universally adaptable to the different bikes on the market with circular section frame. Permanently fastened on the frame, they do not hinder the use of the mountain-bike on the road. These universal clamps come with a series of plastic bushes that, other to prevent damages on the frame paint, adapt to any diameter.

These clamps are designed to be quickly fastened on the SHUTTLE-BIKE® frame without using any spanner or tool.

It must be stressed that the SHUTTLE-BIKE® can be assembled in about 10 minutes, being its technique extremely streamlined.

The floats can be blown up by means of a small pump especially designed and patented for the SHUTTLE-BIKE®. This pump will allow you to inflate the floats by pedalling on the spot, since the bike, thanks to the kit frame, is lifted a few centimetres from the ground.

The equipment is made af a set of assembling quick clutch elements that form a floating structure to which the bike is anchored. It then becomes a floating vehicle having an excellent manoeuvrability even in wave or stream conditions.

The propelling device movement is produced by a roller that adheres to rear wheel.
From there the movement is conveyed, by means of a wire, to the propeller placed beneath the front wheel. Such a propelling drive allows an excellent manoeuvrability through the steering action. Then by turning the handlebar 90°, you can rotate the Shuttle-bike on its axis and reverse direction.

Given the roller position that adheres to the rear tyre, it is moreover possible to exploit the different bikes’ speeds of the gear box according to one’s own abilities and the type of path chosen.

Every time you jump, the force of your weight compresses the fiberglass spring, causing the back foil to change its angle. From the same impact of your jump, the angled back foil is pushed downward to generate the propulsion.

The front foil is locked to a constant height in the water by the skimmer, which planes on the surface of the water.

1. What happens if I stop hopping?
You’ll end up in the water – not a bad idea on a hot and sunny day! To keep your and the AquaSkipper up and out of the water, simply hop along on the platform or ride a wave. You can also glide for short amounts of time, but then you’ll need to start hopping again.

2. Can I start in the water?
The AquaSkipper can only be started from above the water’s surface, such as from a dock or boat. It doesn’t take long to master riding the AquaSkipper. Once you do, you won’t end up in the water… unless you want to.

3. What are the minimum and maximum speeds?
To keep the AquaSkipper above the water, you’ll need to go at least 5 mph. The average cruising speed in 8-10 mph. The maximum speed is 17 mph. Dare to break the world record?

4. Are there weight restrictions?
The minimum weight is around 70 pounds. The maximum is approximately 250 pounds.

5. Is it easy to assemble the AquaSkipper? How small does it fold down?
The AquaSkipper can be put together and taken apart in about five minutes. When disassembled, stow it in the optional carrier that’s around the size of a golf bag.
